Accessibility statement for The Lunch Lady

We want everyone who visits our website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing?

To help us make our website a positive place for everyone, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as our target, which is also the standard set by the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

How are we doing?

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard.

We reviewed the site in September 2026 and are working through the issues that review identified. If you meet a barrier that stops you completing something, please tell us. We will help you get what you need another way while we fix it.

Accessible formats and communication supports

If you need anything on this site in another format — for example a menu, a form or an invoice in large print, plain text, or read out to you — please ask. We will talk with you about what suits you best, and provide it in a timely way at no extra cost.
